This Privacy Policy describes the privacy and information practices when you access and play any of our “Cash Me Out” Games: “Cash Me Out Bingo”, “Solitaire”, and “Bubble” (the “Games”), and other Games, products, services, and offerings that link to or post this Privacy Policy. The Games are available for download as a mobile app on your smartphone or other mobile device.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing the Games as it provides
important information about how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal and other information when you access the Games. You should also review the Terms of Use (at: https://cashmeoutgames.com/terms/index.html) for important information
about your use of the Games. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.
The Games are managed and operated by DoubleDown Interactive, LLC ("DoubleDown" or "our" or "we" or "us"). Users
of the Games are referred to as "you."
If you have questions regarding our Privacy Policy, please refer to “Contact Us” below.
Personal information, which is sometimes referred to as personally identifiable information, means information that is specific to you and can be used to contact or identify you.
Passive information refers to information that is automatically collected from your device(s) when you access the Games. DoubleDown may collect passive information such as your IP address, referral data, browser type, browser language,
platform type, type of mobile or other computing device, and geographical data, such as zip code and geographic location.
Your browser or device typically sends passive information to our servers without your intervention
whenever you access our Games. For example, your browser or device may tell us your IP address (which also may tell us generally where you are located), the type of browser and device you are using, username and basic demographic
information. We may also collect non-permanent and anonymous device identifiers, such as the Apple Identifier For Advertisers (IDFAs) and the Google Advertising ID for your mobile device. When you access and use the Games, we may
automatically collect certain details of your access to and use, such as traffic data, location data, logs, communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Games.
While you are using the Games, we may seek to place a "cookie" (a small data file) or other tracking technology on your mobile device, computer or other participating device. If you access our Games via a third-party Partner Site,
the Partner Site (such as Facebook, Apple or Google) may also place cookies on your device as permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy settings with the Partner Site. Cookies placed by us are not used to obtain
any personal information, and the information that is tracked is used only for internal purposes, such as to improve the Games.
If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your web browser on your computer
or device to reject them or to alert you before one is placed. (See also www.allaboutcookies.org for more information about cookies and how to disable them.) Be advised, however, that some of our features and services may not
function properly if you disable cookies.
To use and access the Games, you must register and create an account on the mobile app. While you can play these “Cash Me Out” Games as a “guest” - that is without first registering and creating an account - you must register and
create an account with a valid email address in order to make a withdrawal.
When you register and create an account on the mobile app, we collect only your email address or telephone number or with your Partner
Site (Facebook, Apple or Google) account information. If you open an account using your telephone number, we will send you an SMS message with a confirmation code. We also will ask for your birthday to confirm your age for
all new accounts
If you desire to make a deposit, withdrawal or payments, we will need to collect additional personal information:
We may also collect certain categories of personal information from vendors that help us to operate the Games and provide services such as processing credit card payments and sending emails on our behalf. For example, we may receive
confirmation that you have made a payment by credit or debit card and other information related to any of your gaming transactions associated with your use of the Games. To help keep our databases current and to provide you
the most relevant content and experiences, we may combine personal information from you with information from public sources and our trusted partners, in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
Please
note that because a third-party vendor manages any purchases you make via the Games, we do not have access to your credit card or billing information. Be advised that this Privacy Policy does not apply to this and other third-party
vendors.
If you login through a Partner Site (Facebook, Apple or Google), certain personal information you have provided to that Partner Site will also be shared with us. You can control your privacy preferences with each
Partner Site and what is shared with us, as described below.
We use Google Analytics to help us manage and improve the Games. For more information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, see www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
Google provides a Browser Add-On that allows you to opt-out of Google Analytics by downloading and installing the add-on for your web browser, available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
